Pricing

You pay for delivery capacity — not seats, reports or queries.

Professional firms do not sell logins. They sell the ability to take on a client engagement and see it through. Praxis is licensed the same way: by active client matter. When your capacity to serve clients grows, so does what you pay us — and not before.

How it works

Four mechanics. No surprises.

1 · Annual base capacity

Commit up front to an annual allocation of active client matters, plus the core platform. Committing annually is the discounted way to buy.

2 · Elastic monthly capacity

Full for the month and a good matter walks in? Open additional active matters month-to-month — no renegotiation, no waiting for renewal.

3 · Capacity is reusable

Archive a concluded matter and its slot is immediately free for the next one. You are never charged twice for the same capacity.

4 · Archiving is unlimited

Archived matters keep their full history and evidence at no continuing capacity cost. Your record does not become a running bill.

A matter you have closed should not keep costing you money. A matter you are actively delivering is exactly what Praxis is for.

What counts as an active matter

One engagement, in flight.

An active matter is one live client engagement consuming Praxis capacity — the client, the assessments inside it, the evidence, the review trail and the issued reports. It stays active while you are delivering, and stops consuming capacity the moment you archive it.

Included
Unlimited users on the matter, DPIA and TIA assessments within it, evidence storage, review and sign-off, and the issued reports.
Not metered
Seats, searches, report generations and stored documents are not counted against you.
Archived
History and evidence retained and readable; the capacity slot released.
Portable
Your matters and evidence are yours. Exit terms are published in the agreement, not discovered at renewal.

A simple matter and a complex, multi-jurisdiction one currently consume the same single unit. We would rather keep pricing legible than clever; weighted units will only be introduced if firms tell us the simple count is unfair.

Ask about early access

Praxis is pre-general-availability. Pricing is quoted on application, and founding design partners receive preferential terms for the duration of the programme.

Tell us your matter volume, and we'll quote your capacity.

Most firms know roughly how many live privacy engagements they carry at once. That number is all we need to start.
